Exhibit Display Notice

We are offering the opportunity to display program materials at reserved tables at this year’s Summit. Tables are 6’ X 30” and can be reserved by e-mailing Ray Butler at . If you wish to reserve a table, please respond by Friday, June 6, and include the following information:
- Your name
- Your Division/Office/Organization
- Whether you will be bringing an 8’ X 10’ booth or just tabletop materials
- Whether you need an electrical outlet at your table
Due to limited space, only ONE table per organization will be available. You will be responsible for the cost of any additional A/V equipment such as Internet, laptops, etc. To request additional A/V equipment, download and complete the A/V Exhibit Order Form and return it to Ray Butler via fax to 301-986-4931.
Setup will be Monday, July 14, from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Teardown will be Wednesday, July 16, at noon. If you prefer to display materials for only one day of the Summit, please indicate the date you will attend on your reservation request.

Participants may bring exhibit materials with them to the Summit, or send them to the hotel in advance of arrival to the following address:

Include the following information on your package label:
- Your NAME and ORGANIZATION NAME
- Conference name: CHD Summit 2008
- Event Manager: Claire Handy
- Conference Manager: Michelle Murray, NOVA Research Company
- Meeting dates: July 14–16, 2008
The Event Services Department will ensure that your boxes and materials are available by 7:00 a.m. on July 14.
If you have any other instructions for delivery of your boxes (e.g., if you need to locate your materials upon check-in on Sunday, July 13) please notify Claire Handy via e-mail: (), and she will ensure that your instructions are followed.
Please do not ship your materials to arrive more than 72 hours in advance of the meeting, as you will incur a storage charge for materials that must be stored longer than 72 hours.
