Non-Travel Supported Participants
Participants are responsible for making their own transportation/travel arrangements to this meeting through their own travel agencies.
Travel Supported Participants
Those who were notified in writing that you will receive travel support to attend this meeting should make all airline and train reservations using Omega World Travel (the official Government travel agency). The cost of travel will be covered directly through NCI; participants will not be responsible for this expense. Any transportation reservations made outside of these guidelines will NOT be reimbursed. No exceptions to this policy will be made.
