The meetings will be held at the University of Michigan – School of Public Health. This hotel is conveniently located in downtown Ann Arbor and is walking distance to the meetings.

The meeting registration form does not register you for hotel rooms, only for the meeting.

A block of rooms has been reserved for the nights of May 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9. You are responsible for making your hotel reservation. In addition, you are responsible for the cost of your hotel stay and will be required to provide a credit card number when making your reservation. You are also responsible for any incidental charges at the hotel (including Internet charges) and will be asked to present a credit card upon check-in to cover all expenses.

Reservation Deadline: Friday, April 5

Room Rate: $151 plus applicable state and local taxes (single occupancy). Each additional occupant will cost an extra $23/per room/per night.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the hotel directly within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date. Failure to contact the hotel 14 days prior will result in your credit card being charged for the first full night’s rate (including state and local taxes).

Additional Information
Guest check-in time is 4 p.m.; check-out time is 11 a.m. Due to the University of Michigan Commencement taking place on Saturday, May 4th, requests for early check-in cannot be accommodated. Limited luggage storage may be available at the front desk. Please plan your schedules accordingly.
