NCI-Supported Participants
If you were notified that you are an NCI-supported participant, the U.S. National Cancer Institute will cover your ICSN Biennial Meeting travel expenses in accordance with the letter of support you received from NOVA Research Company. Travel and lodging arrangements made outside of these guidelines will not be reimbursed. No exceptions to this policy will be made.

Other Participants
Other participants attending the 2010 Biennial Meeting are responsible for their own travel arrangements and related expenses.
