Speakers should upload a biography, headshot, and PowerPoint presentation using this Speaker Portal link by the deadline dates below. Submitted bios and photos will be included as part of the meeting materials. Use the email you provided during registration to access the portal.
There is no in-person poster session this year. Posters will be available for online viewing throughout the workshop using a virtual poster session platform. Poster presenters are required to upload a PDF poster and a 2- to 3-minute video to the platform.
Poster and video submission deadline: Thursday, May 23, 2024.
It is recommended to use PowerPoint to create your poster. For optimal display, select the widescreen (16:9) slide size option in PowerPoint. Save as a PDF file before uploading your one-page color poster to the virtual platform.
The video should be a narration of your findings presented on the poster and should include: (1) your project goals, (2) your main research activities, and (3) what you learned. You can submit a private YouTube or Vimeo link. If that is not an option, please submit an MP4 file no larger than 100MB.
Once the virtual poster session platform is live, presenting authors will receive an email with their login credentials to upload posters and videos.
