Participants are responsible for all costs to attend this meeting.
SECURITY INFORMATION
All visitors will be asked to submit to a security screening upon entering the NCI Shady Grove building. Visitors will be required to show one (1) form of identification (a government-issued photo ID-driver's license, passport, green card, etc.) and state the purpose of the visit to gain access to the NCI facility.
TRANSPORTATION TO THE SHADY GROVE CAMPUS CONFERENCE CENTER
The meeting will take place at the NCI Shady Grove Campus. The building is 1.3 miles (5 minutes) from the Courtyard Gaithersburg Washingtonian Center Hotel and 0.8 miles (4 minutes) from the Courtyard Rockville Hotel.
Shuttle: A shuttle is being provided to transport attendees from both hotels to the meeting facility. The shuttle schedule will be provided at a later date.
Alternately, taxicabs are available in front of the hotels.
Metro: The NCI Shady Grove Campus is accessible by Metro on the Red Line at the Shady Grove Metro Station. Please visit the Metro website at http://www.wmata.com/rail/maps/map.cfm to access a map of the metro rail system. NCI offers a complimentary shuttle service to/from the campus to the Shady Grove Station. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes.
Parking: Visitors should park in the multi-level parking garage located across from 9609 Medical Center Drive building. Parking is complimentary.

TRANSPORTATION TO THE COURTYARD GAITHERSBURG WASHINGTONIAN CENTER & COURTYARD ROCKVILLE HOTELS
Taxi: Both hotels are approximately 35 to 45 minutes from Ronald Reagan National Airport, Washington Union Station, and Dulles International Airport. Travel time is dependent upon traffic.

Please be advised that due to NCI regulations on the provision of refreshments at meetings, there will be NO coffee, tea, or food provided during this meeting. There is a cafeteria in the building where you may purchase refreshments.
