Meeting Logistics
Registration
In order to confirm your participation please register no later than Monday, January 9, 2012.
Meeting Location
The meeting will be held in Bethesda, Maryland. The specific location is being finalized, and all participants will be notified shortly with more details. In the meantime, please make your travel arrangements to Bethesda as soon as possible.
Hotel and Travel
Please refer to your logistics letter for information regarding hotel reservations and travel arrangements.
Ground Transportation
Bethesda is approximately 45 minutes from Ronald Reagan National Airport, Dulles International Airport, and Washington Union Station. Travel time is dependent upon traffic. The cost for a taxi is approximately $60 from each of these locations.
Meals
Light refreshments will be provided each morning and afternoon. Lunch information will be sent to registered participants prior to the meeting.
Special Accommodations
If you have any audiovisual requirements, dietary, or transportation needs or other special requirements at the meeting site and/or hotel, please notify Ms. Marlene Goldman at least 10 days prior to the event.
