The first 25 minutes will be devoted to a speed networking session in which each participant will spend around 3 minutes introducing themselves and conversing with the other participants one-on-one. Examples of networking topics will be: name, institution, research focus, and areas of collaboration needed. For the remaining 20 minutes, each team will be assigned a recently published cancer manuscript related to each team’s research discipline. The goal is for the team to work together to develop a draft Specific Aims Summary Page by the end of Session II and have a better understanding of grants writing and the review process.
